BGH specializes in offering guided free range hunting trips. We are one of only a handful of New Zealand outfitters only offering free range wilderness hunting expeditions. We have many years of experience and are a current member of the New Zealand Professional Hunting Guides Association and have a Department of Conservation Hunting Concession (foot hunting only) for public land hunting. Ben has hunted his whole life and now enjoys helping new and old hunters put meat in there freezers or trophies on there wall.

This is the ultimate New Zealand hunt. Trophies harvested this way are the pinnacle of New Zealand hunting and we can guarantee every trip is a highly memorable adventure into some of the most remote places of the New Zealand back country.This type of trip isn’t for the faint hearted, Its a multi-day back pack hunt into remote and rugged country requiring an above average level of fitness.
